The Eberhardt School Division of Marketing and Communications will manage all design and production when possible and appropriate. Depending on the scale of the project, some publications may be produced in conjunction with University of the Pacific’s Office of Communications or other outside services.
Requests for reprinted materials with minor edits should be submitted 4 weeks prior to desired delivery date. Requests for new printed pieces should be submitted 8 weeks prior to desired delivery date. Bound viewbooks and magazines may require up to 16 weeks.
Requests for multimedia and web content updates should be submitted 5 days prior to publish date. For new multimedia and web projects, please contact Managing Director for expected turnaround time.
All content, logos, photos, etc. should be included at time of form submission. Photos should be submitted as high resolution files. Logos and artwork should be submitted in the following formats at 300 dpi resolution: .eps, .tif, or .jpeg
All requests must be submitted through an ESB marketing project request form. The Division of Marketing and Communications will then work with the Dean’s Office to prioritize requests.
